16 years in chartered accountancy and 15 in senior leadership roles have provided me with a rare combination of business discipline, leadership focus and people skills.
I have a people centric approach based on building strong relationships founded on trust and on valuing the unique contribution we each can make. I am an experienced coach and believe passionately about bringing out the best in others.
My strengths include people skills and driving change supported with great communication skills. I am a strategic thinker with the ability to move from the big picture into detail and back again with ease. This is of course underpinned by strong technical skills in finance, governance and HR.
